Blue Bossa

I like to regularly practice some of the Jazz standards. Blue Bossa is actually Brazilian Bossa Nova however it tends to be on the list of standards for Jazz. I think that if you are familiar with Jazz and Blues, Bossa Nova shouldn’t be much of a issue to play due to the similarities. You will just need to listen to a lot of Bossa Nova in order to get a feel for the rhythm.

Note that the major of the song 75% is in the key of C minor, however switches to a ii-V-I in the Db major key before reverting back. It is important to follow this key change with the melodies.
