Then as per the video, make sure that “Use VST2 Plug-in system folders” is ON

im trying to instal it on my Mac for Ableton and it says “SoulfulChordMachine.vst3” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.
Im not sure what to do
