The chords are Ebmin, Fmin, Gbmaj and Dbmaj
If we look at the chord numbering it is 2,3,4,1. Ebmin(2), Fmin(3), Gbmaj(4), Dbmaj(1). R&B is known to have complex and Jazzy chords however, it doesn’t always have to be the case as you can see from this very popular track. You can always add some depth by playing 7th or 9ths. E.g. Ebin7, Fmin7, Gbmaj7 and Dbmaj7 is probably better for R&B (as per this song). You can add 9th and 11th too however, once you start adding 9ths and 11ths things start to sound more disonant and sometimes off. You will need to let you ears be the judge.
